Please be advised that, as permitted by Article 82 of the CONSOB Resolution 11971/99 and successive amendments, SAFILO GROUP S.p.A. intends to avail itself of the exemption from:

1)       the publication of the data relating to the fourth quarter of 2006 in so far as the Company will make available, at its head office and at the offices of Borsa Italiana S.p.a., the draft of the financial statements and consolidated financial statements as at 31st December 2006, as approved by the administrative body, within 90 days after the close of the financial year, and

2)       the publication of the second quarter report as at 30th June 2007, in so far as that the Company will make the six-monthly report public within seventy five days after the end of the first semester.

 

Meetings or conference calls with financial analysts and investors will generally be held during the days immediately following the above mentioned Board Meetings for the presentation of the financial data relating to the period in question.

 

The Company shall notify promptly the market of any amendments to the information given in the above calendar.
